Installing 3.12 maintenance release (AREV Specific)

While installing the AREV 3.12 maintenance release onto a 3.1 application, the system breaks to the debugger on the second diskette with the message:

Illegal opcode 70

Line1 broke; run-time-error

Environment is Novell 4.x Lan, NLM, bumped to 8 users; tried it on both a Windows 3.1 and Windows NT machine.

Any ideas?
