We have reverted back to OICGI due to unexplained and unsolved issues with OECGI.
We are experiencing an issue with OICGI using IIS vr5.0
We can only manage to get OICGI to work if we create an Administrator user will full access to the entire server.
If we try to create a normal user not Administrator we get the unable to access CGI etc . message!
Any Suggestions
Regards & Thanks

This was one of the reasons OECGI was developed to get around this "administrator" problem. Have you reviewed this article?
