Upgrade of Arev from 3.03 to 3.12 (AREV Specific)

Ensure the sysknowledge file / volume is attached prior to install. It may be missing to conserve disk. In this case create-table a table of the same name, then attach-table, for installation purposes only.

If the install fails again, check memory, or repeat the 3.12 install until you get a successful outcome.
