Form Designer Warning (OpenInsight Specific)

If you open an inherited form using the Application manager it advises that form is inherited.

If you close Form Designer and do it again it crashes the system.

Using OI 3.6.1 and Windows 98.

It also seems to be linked to the Close button X in top right of window.
