Out of memory on Win XP (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

I have:
files=200
buffers=40
in my config.sys. This solves out og memory problems on Win98, so I added it 'just in case'
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You might want to try installing OIPI again. This error is coming from the VB runtime. This could also happen with a change of printer drivers.

Ensure the value there is the proper path for OIPI32.EXE

From the windows help it looks like you should be fooling around in the registry file. So please give me some directions on how I get OIPI32.EXE into the registry.
