Windows 2000 Oddity (OpenInsight Specific)

I just upgraded my development system to Windows 2000. Everything works slick as spit except for one small area. When I open the System Editor and choose to open a Record, the system will let me choose a Table Name but it will not let me select an Item from the Key list. It almost looks like the Key list is set to disabled. Any ideas on how I can fix this annoying bug? I am using OI 3.7.4.
