Start Oinsight using /SN=ServerName (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

With OI32Bits (OI 4.1.2), we can start Oinsight using an argument /SN=ServerName.

The OpenEngine Engine Info will then show that the engine is waiting on the named pipe specified (for example /SN=VEGAS ; then the Queue Name will have VEGAS).

If we don't pass the /SN=ServerName argument, OpenInsight will launch a named piped of the engine on the local machine.

Does anyone know how to get this information within OI program (once Oinsight/OpenEngine have been loaded)?

Is there a function/procedure that I can use?

Many thanks.

Dartin,

There is currently not anyway to get this value. It has occured to me in the past that this would be a useful item to provide programmatic access to.
