OI Conflicts with MS Outlook (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

We have a client that just upgraded from OI16 3.7 to OI32 4.1.2 using the Universal Driver 3.0.0.2, TCP/IP mode (port 777) on Windows 2000 service pack 4 machines.

If MS outlook (9.0.0.2711) is open, OI runs much slower and tends to lock up. After shutting down Outlook, everything is fine. Outlook also has problems when OI is running, but when OI is off it's fine. At this point, the user doesn't run them simultaneously.

I haven't had any other users mention this problem, and we don't have it here. Any ideas?

Have you tried running the OI application, with the shortcut set to run in separate memory space.
