Unlock Revelation user licenses on NT server (AREV Specific)

We have migrated AREV Novell users to NT without any problems. My suspicion is that you've not got the rights to create REVLOCKS in one or more directories on the NT server. This is the only difference in file structures between the Novell driver and the NPP driver. If AREV can't get a lock on REVLOCKS then it assumes that the License count has been exceeded.
