The system is trying to load the debugger to explain a critical issue but it is unable to do so as it has lost its connection to the network. So the most likely cause is that you've dropped your network connection. As to why - well it could be anything from power settings to server settings to poor cabling to…. etc

From the Table of Programs I understand RTP27 is a Program Loader. Please clarify why the error is encountered only occassionally and how come the source code is not available for RTP27.
