After loading the Novell Client 3.2.0.0, the following message appears when loading the Arev 3.01 application : 'Linear Hash IPX Driver - REVMEDIA open error FS466 Unable to open boot media map'.

The application runs Ok with the Novell Client 3.1.0.0. The Arev network driver installed is IPX 1.5.

Please help.

Sedick Cloete ..

My take on the whole thing is that the run-time infrastructure is very shaky. I'm constantly sending my customers Fax's detailing the problems that get reported with ANY network changes (Clients, Service Packs, etc.). My suggestion to them is to try to obtain a stable platform and avoid making changes unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. Some of my clients seem to want to have the latest and greatest as soon as it's released. That isn't always wise.

I'm sure everyone has pointed you to the problems with Client 32 3.2.xx.
