Indexes missing in Database Manager (OpenInsight 16-Bit Specific)

TABLE1, TABLE2 and TABLE3 do not exist in either Arev or OI. How can I get rid of these entries?

I resolved this problem by going into Arev, creating the tables, going back into OI, and adding the tables. Then I could see the indexes, and LIST_INDEX showed no errors.
