I have been searching for either ODBC or JDBC drivers or other methods (REVCAPI) to access the LH files in AREV/OI.
Came across an open source project called "Maverick", see http://www.maverick-dbms.org/ or http://sourceforge.net/projects/maverick
It's written in Java, and could be adpated for AREV/OI LH files, as the basis is unidata, and is a 'pick style' open source DBMS.
