Upgrade from NLM 1.12 to NT Service 1.5 (Networking Products)

Yes the NT service runs on TCP/IP.

The NLM is faster than the NT service, IPX and Novell are faster than WINNT and TCP/IP.

Yes the NLM uses IPXS sockets to communicate so it requires IPX to be present.
