WIN 2000 display of AREV 2.12 (AREV Specific)

I can get the DOS window to full screen but the AREV never displays larger than say 1/4 of screen at the top. Rest of screen is black.

We've been able to replicate this condition running AREV 3.12 on a Toshiba laptop. When we've checked our own settings we'll let you know.
In one case (on another PC) we were able to achieve full screen AREV from a batch file, with AREV.EXE preceded by
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MODE CON: COLS=80 ROWS=25

Launch AREV in the Window, right click and choose layout. Set both Screen Buffer Size and Window Size to 80x25. OK it and Save properties for future windows with same title.
