Error B521 (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

I've been using reverror.dat for many years for looking up error messages. It seems that this is no longer up to date. For example, "B" type messages only go up to 219 but we got a B521 error the other day.

Where can I get an up to date list of these sort of error messages?
