The contents of the last value of @RECORD even if that value was not saved to disk. Thus if a record is called up, changed but not saved, WC_PREC% would still contain the changed version. Note that if a blank value of @RECORD is encountered, WC_PREC% will not be modified, thus it might be more accurate to define it as the last non-null value of @RECORD.
