This is a Boolean flag indicating whether the window is currently in Table mode. If the window was invoked normally this will be set to 0, if the user then presses Ctrl- F5, the Table mode will be invoked and WC_Table_On% will be set to 1. If the window was invoked in Table mode then WC_Table_On% will be equal to WC_Table_Exit_Mode%.
