UTF8_Unicode Function
Description
Converts an UTF8 string to Unicode string.
Syntax
uniCodeString = UTF8_UNICODE(utf8_string, delimiter)
Parameters
The function has the following parameters:

Returns
A string containing two-byte UNICODE characters.
