URL Rewrite Basics

Per Microsoft:

Download and install url rewrite module from:

https://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9722532

Start the module.

Add a rule to:

Make blah/online/whatever?someparams into  blah/oecgi3.exe/whatever?someparams

Give the rule a name and click apply.

Make sure OCGI3.exe is configured for the site.
