We are currently running AREV 2.1 on several Windows 95 PCs, off of a NetWare 4.1 server. We currently are not running the NLM. What kinds of problems can we expect from not running the NLM? Is it recommended that we purchase the NLM? Are there any documented issues?

The NLM is required in your current environment (Arev, win95 and Novell). If you do not install the NLM you will almost assuredly see GFE's and data corruption.
