24 bit bitmap image on a button has the middle row of pixels duplicated.

It is OK on 16 and 256 colour images.

It is also OK on 32bit OI.

Any suggestions as to how this can be resolved, as we want high quality images…. dont say upgrade to OI32.

Thanks

Colin

Colin-

This was a bug fixed in 32-bit versions of OpenInsight.

Thanks

Colin,

OI16 has had a known bug with displaying high-resolution images for a long time.

An alternative to upgrading to OI32 (which we recommend if at all possible) would be to place your images within a DLL and change your repository pointers to pull the image from that location (i.e. myimages.dll#buttonimage versus \bmps\button.bmp).

OpenInsight doesn't uses the same routines to render images from resources (like DLL and EXE files) as it does from image files. Therefore they display very nicely.
