Arev 3.12 Error FS107 Universal Driver (AREV Specific)

We just started getting this error on one of our servers that runs AREV.
It happens when we try to access a specific table.
We are running Arev 3.12 using the Universal Driver on Windows 2003 Server.
We found an older article that said to check file permissions, and attributes… The file (actually the entire AREV directory) was compressed using the Windows File Compression under NTFS… we uncompressed it, but we are getting the same error.
The log file for the Linear Hash Service has the following entry at the time of the error:

Does anybody have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Several things to check including that your AV scanner excludes OV files and that the files are not being backed up with users working on them.
