We have been forced to migrate to Win95 workstations in a Novell 4..11 network. We have installed NLM v.1.10

I am able to open Arev and create new applications, but trying to open an existing (very important) one, brings up an error message:

Available Disk Space is 0, logging off

The same application continues to run properly under 3.11

I load the lhipxtsr with /p

Expanded memory is set to 4096

Always suspend is not ticked off

Any ideas?

I've searched in the former discussions, and I found a reply from John Duquette to: Arev 3.xx on Windows 95 OSR2 + Fat 32 (07/21/97)

on disk space. I have 6,5 GB free disk space on the Novell Server -

might that cause the problem??

Files in the AREV volumes "belonging" to Novell users who are no longer AREV users used to return a "Disk Full" message. Not quite the same but for what it is worth. (We set the owner attribute on our files to SUPERVISOR.)

Thomas,

Either a volume that is too large, or an ownership problem can cause a disk full error.

DOS does not appropriately recognize correctly free disk space over that size. Numbers start to become negative… Mark Martin </QUOTE> View this thread on the forum...
