Button text color (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

I have suspicions that CTL3DV2.DLL may be the issue, but this is in place on my PC in WinNT\System32, and seems to be the latest.
In form designer, the properties show the color.
Any ideas please.

This may be related to an earlier issue during the beta testing where the font color was always "black" in an EditLine regardless of color when the control was disabled. This issue was resolved by RTI (thank you again RTI.) Maybe something similar (just guessing) will have to be done about letting you control the font color in a PushButton.
