System Editor, open record, row, click. (OpenInsight Specific)

Here is what I do…
In the System Editor, I click the "File" menu.
Then I click "Open Record".
Within the "Open Record" window, after I select the table and the available rows are displayed on the right side under the "row"…
I can not just simply click on the "row" I want to open.
It will not work. I have to manually type the complete row name to select it so it will open.
So, is this problem only isolated in my copy, or are there others having the same problem? I was wondering if it is a "quick fix" or do I need to call customer support.
