We have a client who has installed a new PC - 'Very high Spec.s'.

But several buttons do not appear on the menu.

MDI screens have all the icons missing.

An OIPI report does not display the text in the report until the screen resolution is reduced to the minimum.

We suspect that it is PC settings somewhere as we have never had the problem before but the tech. is adamant all settings are correct.

Any suggestions?
