This is not a REVG system - it is an AREV system. RevG did not use OV files ;).
Your absolute safest bet is to restore from backup. If this is not an option then you need to fix the GFE. The easiest way of doing this would be to ensure nobody else is logged in then to go to TCL (Press F5) and type CW FIXLH. From there you should be able to fix the GFE. Note you might lose some data but with a name of LOAN_TEMP this might not be as bad as it might otherwise have been.
