A couple of users get messages saying that the application cannot be found in the repository, when the application is started.

Clicking OK continues and the application runs properly.

Don't know whether it is the answer but I recall some problem related to the use of the /ap= /un= and /pw= switches when starting. Check that the switches (if used) apply to valid application, user and password combinations.
