I have an app that I originally deployed with OI 3.4. I have upgraded to OI 3.7 and when I redeployed it, the runtime version only allows one username to log on. Other defined users are rejected. As it turnes out, the user name that is allowed also happens to be the same as the app name (LIBRARY).

Any ideas on what is going on?

When a deployment is done, the only login is the application author (which defaults to the application name). That is because the logins in the development system are considered to be developer logins, and end user logins must then be set up for the deployed application.
