Hello, could you help? We use OpenInsight for WorkGroups 4.0.3. Most of our computers use Pentium III processor or above, and Windows XP. But some time ago we've tried to run OI applications on computer with Centrino Processor and Windows XP. So, some errors have been occured. At first, client part was started but all of attached files were empty(some files we use are in Advanced Revelation format) . But when we checked them up in Advanced Revelation on that computer, everything was OK. We decided to reinstall client. But after that client part stopped to run at all. May the different type of processor be the cause of this trouble? And if it is so, how is it possible to solve this problem? Thank you.

There were modifications around OI Version 4.1x to use exclusively TCP/IP (basically an engine on a port with no named pipes).

I'd be loading up a trial version of OI 4.13 (no - you don't have to load your application, just the developer OI) to see if it works OK.
