We have OpenInsight 7.0.1 with Universal Driver 3.0.0.2.

When we use LH Table Info from inside the Database Manager for change the size lock for one table, we receive the following message in the status bar (after clicking the Save Settings and then the Close buttons):

SSP271: The Header of the table TABLE_NAME is corrupted. FIX_LH cannot continue.

If we try to do the same operation using the fix_lh function inside an RBasic+ subroutine, we receive the same message.

How can we modify the size lock of one table ?

If an GFE appears, How could we fix it if the FIX_LH appears can“t do this ?

I had that same problem AFTER I'd tried to use a "faulty" runtime

engine to deploy an application.

How did you get your OENGINE.dll to the 7.0.1 version??

Did you do progressive upgrades or start with a fresh 7.0

OI install?

I had progressively upgrades my 3.7 OI to get to 7.0.1 and suffered

a similar fate (among other system crashes).

IF you have done like me, I was able to get a stable application by

reinstalling OI from Works CD and then upgrading to 7.0.1.

As far as fixing the GFE. I had to use AREV 3.12 to fix the GFE and for the ones that wouldnt fix I had to delete the file and recreate.

A REAL Pain !! - buit all is well now!

and I learnt a lot!

Hope this helps.
