LH Verify Crashes when verifying (OpenInsight Specific)

When I go to verify my attached tables through the database manager with the 'verify linear hash tables' it crashes and bring up the debugger saying "SYS1000: Error loading program 'PROGRAM.MFS'". Aftwards the table form lists the table and the same "SYS1000: Error loading program 'PROGRAM.MFS'" for each table.It doesn't even appear that it starts to verify any of the selected before it bombs out. I am trying to verify some 3.12 AREV tables and OI tables. Does that matter? Any ieas why it won't verify them?Thanks,

program.mfs is attached to your arev program files and does not exist in oi. Either remove the mfs or don't verify the program files.

Now open REVMEDIA FIXIT*GLOBAL in the editor and remove PROGRAM.MFS from line 2. (It is a mv field, so make sure you remove a delimiter too if there is more than one item in the line.) Save the record and close it.
run detach_table 'REVMEDIA'
run attach_table
, 'FIXIT' Now try to fix the FIXIT table. You can always undo the above: run attach_table, 'REVMEDIA'run delete_row 'REVMEDIA', 'FIXIT*GLOBAL'
