If anyone can shed light on the error message I'm getting below I would much appreciate it. Users are experiencing problems locking up and I'm guessing it has something to do with the following…
The "LHReadRecord" call failed, returning LH error number 127, file number 2, group number 8. Group Format Error: Group # : 8 Record length incorrect or frame linkage error.
Any ideas on which file could be causing the problems?

Create a table called LH2.LOG under the AREV subdirectory. This will record all file operations. You will then be able to see which file file 2 is. Possibly VOC? Remember to delete afterwards as it slows down operations.#

Oops, I'm actually using OpenInsight. Is there a way to determine what file it is in that version?

Same answer - we're assuming you're using the NT Service and THIS creates the LH log file.
