Hi,

I am working with OI on NT front-end PC's running on NT network. Users can access the application locally, e.g., off of hard drive without having desktop bleed through application. (What I mean by this is, depending on where you click with the mouse, desktop icons can be seen through the OI application.) However, when users access the application from the network drive, they experience the problem described above when clicking on OI objects.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?

Thank you.

Jim,

We documented this problem years ago and have repeated it since. No one has yet provided a definitive answer but we suspect this is all due to the 16-bit nature of OI's presentation server.
