Greetings,
we have new machines w/ Windows 2000 on NetWare 5 network, all running an application w/ ARev 3.12. I'm having a tough time getting the .pif to work. The "working" and "batch" lines are grayed-out when I set up the shortcut on the desktop. Also, any help w/ how to configure EM to run on 2000 machines? Thanks in advance, –Tim

Tim,
Start out by calling the arev.exe alone on the command line, configure the memory options, then later reassert the working program as the batch file name. This will trick windows into enabling expanded memory etc. for the exe, then continuing to provide it for the batch file.

Thanks for your response. Two things: Do I need more than a line (e.g. EMM=RAM) in the config.nt file – like a SET AREV line in the autoexec.nt? Also, when I copy our existing .pif, the memory tab (along with a few others) is not configurable.
Windows 2000 is new to me, and Microsoft's support site leaves a bit to be desired. . . . Thanks, –Tim
