APP built with AREV on Novell server and accesss by NT Terminal Server is real slow? (AREV Specific)

Is NT Terminal Server the replacement file server or are you using it as a client (i.e. WAN connectivity) to the existing Novell server?
I take it that the former is the case. If so, are you running the NT Service? Is the hardware specs for the NT Terminal Server better than the Novell server?
