SOS(pwd_gone) (OpenInsight Specific)

We have an OI web-application where updates are made from another AREV application. (updates and reindexing is all done by AREV).
Within OI we defined application RPP with only 2 users: RPP and PUBLIC. User PUBLIC can only run the application, wereas user RPP is a system administrator.
Because of a handling error, someone (can't exclude me) did something that changed the password for user RPP! We didn't notice the problem because the daily updates (from AREV) and the web-application (user: PUBLIC) work fine.
OI's SYSPROG application is open, but doesn't have any access rights to RPP.
We have a back-up of the complete system from the last time we made changes to OI programms, with the known password for user RPP.
What records from SYSENV should be transferred from the backup into the actual system to restore the user environment?
Is there any other type of surgery needed or side-effects to be expected?
(Restoring from the backup would be kind of a nightmare and we would do it only if everything else fails.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Wilhelm-
Restore the entire SYSENV file. This is the safest bet.
You can get the filename to restore by choosing Tools-]Database manager from the Application Manager.
From the Database Manager choose Utilities-]OpenInsight Tables-]LH Table Info. Scroll down until you see SYSENV and double-click on it.
(It's probably file rev30005.*, but check for your self.)
Hope it helps-
