The problem with the START_WINDOW '' were probably due to the IE 4.0 that was recently installed on our notebook like you had mentioned. The other PC has Win95 OSR2 and IE 3.1 on it and it cannot run our network development version (3.5) but it has no trouble running one of the older local copies from 3.4.

Any suggestions?

How does the 3.5 app fail? In the same way as the 3.4 app failed on the notebook with IE40?
