Break Error 'SP.F02' When opening an application window (AREV Specific)

Line1 'SP.F02' broke because a run time error was encountered.
The @record after this message appears to be an index. I tried removing the spindex and relational indexes from the applicable tables, restoring the indexes and rebuilding the indexes. Nothing seems to resolve this problem.
All data in the tables is in tact. I have run list statements on the tables to verify if there are any data problems. It appears there are none.
HELP!! I am using AREV 3.1 on a Novell Intranetware server.
