Form Designer selection marquee odd behaviour (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

Drag the cursor all the way beyond the top or left border of the form. As the cursor crosses the border see the selection marquee snap to the opposite side instead. Seems to happen in OI32 (tried 4.0.3 and 4.1.2) but not OI16 (tried 3.7.1). Probably quite harmless. But I'm surprised I haven't noticed it until now.

Yep, been there from the very beginning of OI32. A little annoying but you get used to it pretty quickly.
