Database Manager's LH Verify reports GFE in all selected tables (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

I thought this bug was fixed, but it's still there as late as 4.1.2.

If you check the "Ignore Errors" check box it will not repeat the error for each table following the first error, it will only report on tables with errors.
