it is separate manual by itself ?

You'll find Window_Common% in the R/BASIC manual. Look under R/BASIC, variables. It's on p.90 in my copy.

You can also edit the SYSINCLUDE WINDOW_COMMON% record for more info.

It is a separate manual which used to be available for download from Compuserve. It does not seem to have been posted on this site. Perhaps if you contact Customer Services they might be able to get you a copy.
