The Print Preview under OIPI looks fine. But using the Print Preview to print the reports results in the same compressed report (ie no spaces).
I re-installed OIPI, which normally cures most problems, but it had not effect.
This is the only printer that we have troubles with. We cant hide behind the fact the hardware could be at fault as it prints Word Processor documents OK.
You mention using another printer driver, such as HP3. How do you suggest doing this?

Just simply install another print driver and use it against this Xerox printer.
I know that you might not be able to use hardware as a reason, even though it still may be why you are having this problem.
What version of the OIPI are you using? Could you post some code, even just a small portion, so I can see how you are formatting your output? Do you get no proper formatting anywhere on your output? Make sure you post the code that is creating problems on the Xerox printer.
