Where can I find documentation on SYSREPOSIX record layouts?

None exists to the best of our knowledge - it is encrypted using the same BFS as the repository. We've never been tempted to investigate/doc it.

Thanks for the response -
Yes I guess I dont really need to know since all the things I would want to do to it are available via the Repository function.
Is there any documentation which defines the Repository functions completely but briefly - like an old cheat sheet?

You mean a summarised version of the SENL article? 'Fraid not. We did give away updated for OI 4.1 @Attack and VerbAtim cards at the User Conference though…

Peter,
I'm busy updating the online help, including syntax and examples for all functions and subroutines. The Repository() function is at the top of my list. For that one, I'm starting with the SENL article (an excellent summary) as a base.
If there are any other partially documented, incompletely documented, or undocumented functions you'd like me to include, please email me (ikrakow_1999@yahoo.com).

The documentation often contains the answers to the questions. The biggest problem I have is the confusing plethora of places I have to look - online discussions, BRFELP.HLP, oengine_ref_manual.doc, etc.
That would be Ok if I had a great memory or more discipline (to write down where I find things that I remember were useful), but I dont.
The best solution for me would be a OI/Revelation database of all the doco so I could search it myself, however I chose.
At present I am investigating the behaviour of stored procedures. It would be good if I could find something which explained the environments clearly. I know I will understand it, but somebody else has already been there.
Also I would like something that summarizes all the user interface objects in a manner which allows me to determine which is the most appropriate tool for the job. Recommended ways of handling windows and sub-windows, like Invoices and Line Items. And discussions of alternatives.
And, of course, an explanation of the use of the DUMMY argument. http://www.revelation.com/WEBSITE/DISCUSS.NSF/f12696d31000b22a8525652b00831bb2/2AE3AA9984B825A085256C0200172AA7?OpenDocument
