Is there a way to set the CHOOSEFILE dialog caption?

After spending a bunch of time trying to do the, I gave up. I think that it calls the common Windows dialog box from the UTILITY call and I don't see any place in the parms list to alter the caption. You can set the file specs, drive location, etc. but nothing on the Text Bar or in any of the text areas. Wish it were true though…

I have a strong feeling I've asked the same question before. But I don't remember if I got no reply or a negative one. I've done a search but cannot find any relevant postings - neither my own nor others.
