In current OI 3.6.1 application users have reported that using the search button on a popup does not produce reliable results. I have tested this and it seems to be erratic sometimes finding the search string and other times not. Any help would be appreciated

I have seen reports of this type of problem when the user tries to do something before the popup has completed loading all information. The same happens with sorting .. RTI did not give a Hour Glass (or something similar) to warn that processing is continuing ..

If this is the problem .. I would suggest adding a message telling the users that data is still loading ..
