We have lost XPness on a couple of development boxes (different apps .. even sysprog).

Since there was no response i called Sean at RTI. After examining the manifest file it turns out that mine was so old that it couldn't round the buttons. Not sure why this would be but getting a copy from sean and all things are well.

Also .. just a note but the manifest HAS TO BE in the OInsight.exe directory. This means if you have a split system (runtime and developer) be sure to copy the manifest into the developer directory also
