Does the upgrade 3.73 change OENGINE.EXE of the runtime engine of 3.72?
In other words, if I copy my current "runtime" OENGINE.EXE to a disk,
upgrade the 3.72 system with a development 3.72 OENGINE.EXE installed,
and then copy back the old 3.72 "runtime" OENGINE.EXE back to the new
upgraded 3.73 system…. will it work????
thanks…. trying whatever I can to get this thing to work…

My understanding is that you can upgrade the development system to 3.73 fine with the upgrade pack BUT you need to contact RevSoft to email you the runtime exe engine (no charge). This is so that RevSoft regains some control on license deployment - too many people ripping them off!
I cant authoritatively say that the mix of 3.73 system plus 7.32 engine wont work but doesnt seem smart.

Richard,
The problem with that is the OI runtime they send is a single
user deployment runtime engine, I'm on a LAN and need "unlimited"
users, actually only about 10 people use it at any one time. My
users are internal in my agency, we don't "deploy"/sell to others.

Steve, I see you have a thread running in Works - will respond there bu in brief OENGINE.EXE should match the OInsight.exe version.
