I have recently installed an OI product on to a local workstation, which is connected to a Lantastic server. When running OI the following error occurs… Network error on drive? I have disabled write behind caching on this particular workstation but this error seems to appear for no good reason. NETDRV is currently reporting the All networks drive v. 1.5.0.0. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

If you are running the copy of Open Insight from the local hard disk you should use the Non-networking network driver. You may need to disconnect the network first (temporarily) to get in.

If Open Insight is on the server (network) drive and being run from the workstation, then check your first network drive setting, and the protocol stack under Windows. OI is telling you it can't sense the first network drive letter, - is the server drive visible from Windows File Manager or Explorer?
